Job summary

OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Package Handler in Tucson, AZ. Earn $16.45 per hour with weekly pay and overtime eligibility. This seasonal, part-time role offers multiple shift options from 9:30am to 12:30pm across several weekly patterns and runs from 10/27/26 to 01/01/27.

No warehouse experience is required; training is provided. You will help unload, sort, and move packages, lifting up to 50 pounds as part of a team to keep holiday packages moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shift, including weekends/holidays when needed.
• Meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime if required.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep work area organized and ready for action.
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Pay: $16.45/hour

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: Seasonal Part - Time

Shift: (Multiple Options Available) 9:30am - 12:30pm

• Saturday - Wednesday
• Sunday - Thursday
• Monday - Friday
• Tuesday - Saturday
• Wednesday - Sunday
• Thursday - Monday
• Friday - Tuesday

Typical Shift Length: Approximately 4 hours
End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
