OnTrac in Phoenix is hiring for a Seasonal Package Handler. Earn $19.00 per hour with a $1.00 weekend differential and a $500 seasonal bonus. Overtime is available as required, and the season runs roughly from late October to early January. Training is provided and no prior warehouse experience is needed.

Shifts are available between 1:00 PM and 9:00 PM, with multiple options (Wednesday-Sunday, Saturday-Tuesday, or Sat & Sun). End times vary by volume and business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Responsabilités

• Unload, sort, move and load packages up to 30–50 lbs independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 lbs.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep work area organized and ready for action.
• Work as part of a team to ensure on-time delivery.

Pay: $19.00/hour plus a $1.00/hour Weekend Differential Incentive

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: Seasonal Part - Time

Shift: (Multiple Options Available) Must be available to work between the times of 1:00pm and 9:00pm

Typical Shift Length: Approximately 5 hours. End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

This is an active, hands-on job where you’ll work alongside your team to keep thousands of packages moving toward their next destination.

During your shift, you’ll:

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
