Job summary

Cooper Farms is seeking a 1st shift Warehouse Associate in Coldwater, OH to unload eggs and materials, assist with shipping, and safely operate forklifts across multiple warehouses.

Starting pay is $18.25–$21.80 per hour with potential increases after 90 days. Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses are offered; training is provided. Generous benefits and opportunities to grow with Cooper Farms are included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma strongly preferred.
• Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record required.
• At least 2 years of experience with Cooper Farms or similar operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload eggs and materials to designated areas (dry storage, cooler, or staging) in a clean, organized manner.
• Assist with shipping/receiving shipments at other Cooper Farms locations as needed.
• Safely operate multiple forklift types when loading/unloading materials/eggs.
• Must obtain certification to operate a Cooper Farms vehicle and be willing to travel to multiple warehouses.
• Scan all incoming/outgoing materials, packaging and nest run eggs into the CAT² System.
• Wrap, load, and secure outbound products.

1st shift Warehouse Associate to join our team in Coldwater

SHIFT HOURS

Monday through Friday 6:00am-4:30pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE

$18.25-$21.80 with a potential increase after 90 days.

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided for this position.

Job Functions

• Unloading eggs and materials to be placed in designated areas such as dry storage, cooler or staging area, in a clean organized manner.
• Assisting with shipping/receiving shipments at other Cooper Farms locations when needed.
• Safely operating multiple types of forklifts when loading/unloading material/eggs.
• Must obtain certification to operate a Cooper Farms vehicle and be willing to travel to multiple warehouses.
• Responsible for scanning all incoming/outgoing materials, packaging and nest run eggs into the CAT² System.
• Responsible for wrapping, loading, and securing outbound products

Requirements
