Job summary

Cooper Farms in Coldwater, Ohio, seeks a 3rd shift Sanitation Associate for its Central Egg Processing team. Responsibilities include cleaning equipment, documenting work, and maintaining USDA/AQ/HACCP sanitation standards to ensure a clean, safe facility.

Starting hourly rate is $18.75 with potential to $19.60 after 90 days, plus monthly and year-end bonuses. Training provided; 18+ required; must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 3rd shift Sanitation Associate to join our Central Egg Processing team in Coldwater.

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 3rd shift Sanitation Associate to join our Central Egg Processing team in Coldwater.
SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 10:00pm-6:00am with occasional Saturday work.
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $18.75 with the potential of increasing to $19.60 after 90 days
ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:

• Being responsible for cleaning equipment and surfaces as well as documenting work in the egg processing facility.


• Removing all egg debris accumulated throughout the day on the processing equipment, floor and surrounding areas.


• Maintaining a clean and safe plant while adhering to all USDA/AQ/HACCP requirements for sanitation operations.


• Being responsible for wearing proper PPE when using chemicals or cleaning supplies.
