Job summary

SwiftX in Eastvale, CA seeks a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, including sorting, loading, unloading, and inventory control, while ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

You will monitor KPIs, lead a team, support recruiting and training, and collaborate with partners to ensure safe, efficient fulfillment. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; on-site role with flexible hours based on operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations including sorting, loading, unloading, and inventory handling.
• Support QA procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor daily performance, identify improvements, and help implement corrective actions.
• Supervise warehouse activities to ensure smooth workflows and timely task completion.
• Assist in daily operational meetings, track KPIs, and review team performance.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and daily workforce management.
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to staff to improve productivity and safety.
• Coordinate regional fleet operations, task assignments, and cost control.
• Identify opportunities to optimize warehouse processes and handling procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments, delivery partners, and vendors for seamless operations.
• Handle daily issues, resolve escalations, and support emergency procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in sorting warehouse operations, preferably in the logistics, express delivery, or last‑mile delivery industry
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in warehouse team supervision, shift coordination, or operational management is preferred
• Strong understanding of warehouse sorting processes, package handling, loading and unloading procedures, and daily operational workflows
• Ability to monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond promptly to unexpected operational challenges
