Job summary

SwiftX is seeking a supervisor to oversee DSPs, staffing agencies, and warehouse operations. The role focuses on maintaining standards, enforcing QA protocols, and driving continuous improvement across regional fleets and processes.

Responsibilities include recruiting DSPs, onboarding, designing training, and conducting daily control meetings. The candidate should lead with strong analytical and decision-making skills and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Mandarin language proficiency required.
• Experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

We will assign different supervisors to oversee various tasks, with on-the-job training provided through a rotational approach.
