Job summary

SwiftX Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Eastvale, CA to assist the Warehouse Manager in daily warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with policies and industry standards.

The role focuses on supervising sorting, loading, unloading, and inventory handling while supporting QA procedures and KPI tracking. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on sorting operations experience and is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in sorting warehouse operations, preferably in logistics, express delivery, or last-mile delivery.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in warehouse team supervision, shift coordination, or operational management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Support QA procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor daily performance, identify improvement areas, and assist with corrective actions.
• Supervise warehouse activities to ensure smooth workflows and timely task completion.
• Assist in daily operational meetings, track KPIs, and review team performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and daily workforce management.
• Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff to boost productivity, safety, and service quality.
• Coordinate regional fleet operations, task assignments, and cost control.
• Identify opportunities to optimize warehouse processes and package handling procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments, delivery partners, and external vendors for seamless operations.
• Handle daily operational issues, resolve escalations, and support emergency response procedures.
• Support achieving targets and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.
