Zusammenfassung

Swiftx Express is hiring a Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations and oversee quality, performance, and fleet coordination. The role requires leadership, quick decision-making, and the ability to train staff in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts run 5:30 AM–2:00 PM or 4:00 PM–12:00 AM. We offer competitive hourly pay with bonuses, PTO, sick leave, holidays, and retirement benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• 0-1 year experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related preferred but not required.
