Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to oversee warehouse administrative functions and support daily operations from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

You will manage shipping/receiving documents, Bills of Lading, driver interactions, and maintain accurate records while providing hands-on support on the warehouse floor as needed. Responsibilities include inventory transactions, cycle counts, dock coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Take ownership of warehouse administrative tasks and ensure accuracy of records.
• Experience with Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping/receiving documentation preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with drivers, vendors and internal teams while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administrative duties: maintain records, reports, and system transactions on time.
• Prepare and verify BOLs, shipping manifests, and related paperwork.
• Coordinate dock activities and resolve shipping discrepancies.
• Support inventory control with cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Provide hands-on warehouse and repack support as needed.
