Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator for Blue Point Brewery in Patchogue, NY. This onsite role focuses on safe forklift operation, accurate picking and packing, and staging shipments for daily dock times.

You will support inventory accuracy and maintain quality standards while collaborating closely with team members. The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm with potential hours expansion. Valid forklift experience or certification is preferred, and PPE is supplied by Tilray.

Qualifications

• Fork Truck Certification or ability to be trained.
• 2–3 years of forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Lift up to 75-100 lbs.
• Works well with others in a team environment.
• Warehouse appropriate long pants.
• Steel Toed Boots (provided by Tilray).

Responsibilities

• Keep high safety standards in all tasks.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Pull products from daily pick lists and repack/palletize as needed.
• Stage products for assigned dock times with accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventories of all materials and finished goods.
• Perform daily forklift preventive maintenance inspections.
• Ensure quality products are sent to customers.

Job Summary: The warehouse operator is responsible for safe operations of forklifts, accurately pulling products from daily pick lists, repacking and palletizing products, staging products for assigned dock times and focused on safe, efficient and accurate movement of products.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (warehouse hours will likely expand)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the highest Safety standards
• Maintain the highest Quality standards
• Safely operates forklifts
• Ensure quality products are sent to customers
• Accurately executes loading/unloading from pick lists/BOLs
• Understanding of FIFO on finished goods and/or materials unless otherwise specified on order
• Maintain accurate inventories of all raw materials, packaging materials & finished goods.
• Perform routine checklist of preventive maintenance daily on forklift
• Inspect at delivery all finished goods pallets or any other raw/materials pallets while unloading calling out any quality issues
• Follows Warehouse PPE Requirements
• Participating in team functions as required
• Willingness to share knowledge or train others when needed

Requirements:

• Fork Truck Certification or ability to be trained
• 2 – 3 years - previous forklift experience preferred

Pay: $18.00/hr-$20.00/hr
