Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to manage warehouse administrative functions and support daily warehouse and repack operations. You will handle shipping/receiving documentation, BOLs, and coordination with drivers and internal teams.

The role requires attention to detail, ownership of tasks, and flexibility to adapt to audits, inventory counts, and shifting schedules. A proactive attitude and teamwork are essential for success in this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse admin and documentation
• Strong accuracy in records and reporting
• Ability to coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse administrative tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and review BOLs, shipping manifests and receiving documents
• Manage visitor checks, site security, and records in the warehouse system
• Support inventory controls, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation
• Assist with packing, repack, staging, and material movement as needed
• Coordinate dock activities and communications with transportation providers
• Maintain organized records for regulatory and operational needs
