Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to oversee warehouse administrative functions and support daily operations from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

You will manage shipping/receiving documents, Bills of Lading, driver interactions, and maintain accurate records while providing hands-on support on the warehouse floor as needed. Responsibilities include inventory transactions, cycle counts, dock coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Take ownership of warehouse administrative tasks and ensure accuracy of records.
  • Experience with Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping/receiving documentation preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate with drivers, vendors and internal teams while maintaining compliance.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for overseeing warehouse administrative functions while supporting daily warehouse and repack operations. Responsibilities include managing shipping and receiving documentation, Bills of Lading (BOLs), driver and visitor interactions, trailer verification and seal management, inventory transactions, and operational recordkeeping. This role requires a proactive individual who takes ownership of assigned responsibilities and is willing to provide hands-on support wherever business needs require.

Schedule Shift

Monday - Friday | 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM Flexibility to adjust work hours based on business demands, operational priorities, production schedules, inventory activities, and customer requirements. Ability to work additional hours as needed to support audits, inventory counts, production demands, and shipping schedules.

Administrative & Office Responsibilities

Take full ownership of warehouse administrative functions, ensuring tasks, reports, records, and system transactions are completed accurately and on time. Manage all visitor, contractor, and vendor check-in/check-out activities while maintaining site security and compliance standards. Serve as a primary point of contact for administrative support and communication between warehouse operations, drivers, vendors, and internal departments. Maintain accurate warehouse records, reports, and documentation in support of operational, customer, and regulatory requirements. Monitor administrative processes and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and workflow performance. Demonstrate a high level of accountability, attention to detail, and follow through on assigned responsibilities.

Shipping, Receiving & Transportation Coordination

Prepare, review, and maintain Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping manifests, receiving documents, and related transportation paperwork. Work directly with drivers and transportation providers to verify documentation and ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments. Verify trailer numbers, seal numbers, shipment quantities, and supporting documentation prior to authorizing unloading activities. Secure outbound loads by applying, documenting, and maintaining trailer seals in accordance with company and customer requirements. Place shipping documentation within trailers when required and ensure all paperwork accompanies outbound shipments. Coordinate dock activities and communicate effectively with transportation providers to support efficient loading and unloading operations. Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies, documentation errors, and transportation-related issues.

Inventory Control & Operational Support

Support inventory control activities including cycle counts, inventory audits, stock reconciliation, and transaction verification. Ensure inventory movements and warehouse transactions are accurately recorded within warehouse management systems. Assist with inventory investigations and support corrective actions when discrepancies are identified. Maintain organized inventory records and documentation to support operational accuracy.

Warehouse & Repack Support

Provide hands-on support within warehouse and repack operations as business needs require. Assist with receiving, shipping, product movement, pallet handling, staging, and other warehouse-related activities. Support repack operations by assisting with production activities, material flow, and completion of operational tasks. Demonstrate a willingness to transition between administrative responsibilities and warehouse floor support throughout the workday. Work collaboratively with warehouse, repack, inventory, and production teams to achieve daily objectives.

Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, reliability, and a positive attitude. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and consistently seek opportunities to improve operational performance.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying. Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time.
