Job summary

Hawkeye Search Group is seeking a Sales Assistant to support an Account Executive and the sales team across multiple accounts in Jersey City, NJ. You will manage sample requests, assist with market prep, and deliver accurate sales reporting in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. In-office Monday-Thursday with Friday remote, offering a base salary up to $100k plus 401k and 15 days of PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
• Prior internships and/or relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executive in all aspects of the sales process, including showroom management, market preparation, and administrative support.
• Support bulk order tracking, order logs, receipt of order confirmations, shipping/delivery updates, and maintenance of order books.
• Run weekly and monthly shipping and on-order reports.
• Attend market appointments, take notes, and provide recaps.
• Pack and unpack samples for trade shows and market appointments.
• Manage sample requests and tracking.
• Support special projects as assigned.
