iApparel Brands LLC is a New York-based apparel company specializing in branded and licensed apparel across multiple categories.

The Women’s Division manages a portfolio of owned and licensed brands, including Von Dutch, Juicy Couture, Dickies, Big Chill, Nicole Miller, and Southpole. The division is primarily focused on outerwear, with sportswear categories as well.

We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our growing team.

Role Overview

The Sales Assistant will provide day-to-day support to a senior sales executive and help keep accounts, orders, meetings, and internal follow-up organized. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manhattan.

This person will also participate in customer meetings, assist with meeting preparation, take detailed notes, prepare recaps, track next steps, and communicate professionally with clients when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain sales orders and assist with order updates
• Track inventory, shipping status, customer deadlines, and follow-up items
• Review ATS and order reports and flag potential issues to the sales team
• Proactively flag late goods, credit holds, potential cancellations, and other issues that could affect customer deadlines
• Run and distribute sales, inventory, and order reports as needed
• Assist with UPCs, BOLs, ticket requests, item setup, and customer forms
• Prepare catalogs, reports, presentations, line sheets, and other customer materials
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating customer meetings and market appointments
• Prepare the showroom and conference areas for customer and internal sales meetings
• Organize samples, catalogs, line sheets, and presentations before appointments
• Attend meetings alongside the senior sales executive and take detailed notes
• Prepare meeting recaps, action items, and follow-up lists
• Assist with customer communication and post-meeting follow-up
• Break down and reset the showroom after meetings, including reorganizing samples and materials
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Routing/Allocations, AR, and other internal teams
• Maintain accurate information in internal systems, customer portals, and reports
• Assist with price adjustments, markdowns, credits, and other administrative needs
• Support additional sales projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in wholesale apparel, fashion, retail, or a related sales-support environment is preferred
• Experience as a Sales Assistant, Sales Coordinator, Account Coordinator, or in a similar role is a plus
• Comfortable participating in customer meetings and communicating professionally with clients
• Strong note-taking, organization, communication, and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with sales orders, inventory, shipping, or back-office systems is helpful
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Experience with Walmart Retail Link, Amazon Vendor Central, Fineline, Chexnet, or similar systems is helpful but not required.
