Job summary

Hillandale Farms, a leading egg producer, seeks a Senior National Account Manager – Walmart to lead one of its largest customers. The role requires deep Walmart knowledge, strategic ownership of revenue, and collaboration across sales, supply chain and finance.

Based in Northwest Arkansas with remote capability, travel approximately 15–20%. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in national accounts within CPG, strong P&L skills, and a track record with Retail Link and Walmart Luminate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive national accounts in CPG, food, dairy or related categories.
• Direct Walmart experience with ownership of a meaningful business preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management and forecasting.
• Experience with Retail Link and Walmart Luminate strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Walmart and Sam’s Club business, including strategy and profitability.
• Build relationships with Walmart buying, sourcing and category teams.
• Lead pricing negotiations and customer strategy to grow Hillandale’s egg business.
• Use Walmart analytics tools to improve forecasting, in-stock and assortment.
• Coordinate with operations to deliver OTIF and service performance.
