Opella is seeking a Senior National Account Manager to drive growth with Walmart at the Bentonville, AR location. You will lead strategic planning, manage trade programs, and build long‑term relationships with key Walmart personnel to meet ambitious sales and profit targets.

The role requires extensive Walmart experience, data‑driven decision making, and strong presentation/negotiation skills. It offers a challenging, high‑impact environment within a leading self‑care company.

Formación

• 7+ years’ experience working with Walmart at the headquarter level.
• 3-5 years' experience pharma company, FDA or other relevant experience preferred.
• 7+ years' experience utilizing Nielsen or IRI syndicated data and able to analyze multiple data sources to derive insights.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsabilidades

• Meets or exceeds assigned sales forecast objective.
• Achieves distribution, pricing, promotion and shelving & merchandising objectives within our categories through proper planogram placement.
• Manages commercial discounts to meet or exceed sales forecast while staying within budget and policy guidelines.
• Forecasts sales volume and manages expenses within company policy guidelines.
• Develops long‑term relationships with customers’ key personnel and defines joint business plans considering long‑term goals and strategies.
• Negotiates joint business plans at customer sessions to achieve volume and profit goals while conforming to company policies.
