Lactalis Heritage Dairy is hiring a Customer Business Lead for the Walmart account. This fully remote role favors candidates located in Arkansas to align with the Walmart focus but can be remote across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CPG sales and account management.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional partners (analysts, Supply Chain, other functions).
• Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and translate into actionable plans.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills; able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned sales team to develop and execute plans delivering growth targets with field engagement.
• Develop strategies to drive business growth across the region.
• Understand customer needs, KPIs, and objectives; translate into execution plans.
• Create sales and account plans meeting objectives and aligning with corporate guidelines.
• Coordinate with Lactalis resources (Category Management, Sales Finance, Shopper Marketing) for success.
• Build relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Lead customer presentations with insights-driven recommendations.
• Oversee P&Ls and financial performance to achieve targets.
• Manage trade spending and promotions to support growth.
• Contribute inputs to demand planning and S&OP processes.
• Provide category insights to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop a high-performing team through coaching and development.
