Job summary

Bubble Skincare seeks a Walmart-focused National Account Manager to own day-to-day Walmart activities, forecast demand, manage pricing and promos, and build strategic growth plans. You’ll partner across Marketing, Ecommerce, Operations and Community teams to optimize PDPs and drive Walmart.com performance.

Remote-based role with Arkansas location consideration, offering $80,000–$140,000 annually and a collaborative, insights-driven environment to accelerate growth across Walmart channels.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in beauty/personal care account management with proven Walmart ownership.
• Strong forecasting, planning, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience partnering with Marketing, Ops, Ecommerce and Retail buyers.
• Proficient in Retail Link, Walmart Connect and retailer analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Walmart account operations, including forecasting, item setup, PDP content, and promo execution.
• Lead business planning, line reviews, and weekly buyer touchpoints to drive growth.
• Develop Retail Link dashboards and translate insights into actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ops, and Ecommerce on 360 retailer support.
• Monitor category and competitor dynamics and inform NPD opportunities.
