Hoffmaster in Bentonville, AR is seeking a National Account Manager to drive Walmart growth. You will lead strategic account plans, translate insights into winning solutions, and oversee product development and packaging concepts to meet customer needs.

You’ll build strong relationships with Walmart buyers and cross-functional teams, deliver compelling presentations, and manage multiple initiatives to achieve profitable, scalable results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supplier-side National Account Management experience selling directly to Walmart.
• Strong understanding of Walmart systems and reporting platforms (Scintilla, Supplier Center, Retail Link).
• Proven ability to analyze business trends and translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth with Walmart.
• Build and maintain relationships with Walmart buyers and cross-functional teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and proactive selling strategies.
• Create customer presentations and business reviews translating data into recommendations.

• Develop customer-ready product mockups and presentation materials for buyer meetings.
• Create pallet merchandising solutions and display concepts to enhance visibility.
• Provide timely information, samples, and materials to support decision-making.
• Analyze sales performance and market conditions to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Partner with marketing, product development, sourcing, operations, and finance to deliver solutions.
• Manage day-to-day Walmart relationship and strategic initiatives.
