Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned sales team in developing and executing sales plans that deliver growth targets and provide ongoing leadership.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth across the region.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, priorities, KPIs, and objectives.
• Develop and execute sales and account plans that meet customer objectives while aligning with corporate strategies.
• Leverage cross-functional Lactalis Heritage Dairy resources to drive customer and business success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer representatives and decision-makers.
• Lead the development and delivery of customer presentations with insight-driven recommendations.
• Oversee customer P&Ls and financial performance to achieve targets.
• Oversee trade spending and promotional programs to support growth.
• Contribute to demand planning and S&OP for effective execution.
• Provide category thought leadership and identify growth opportunities.
