Job summary

Delta System & Software, Inc. is seeking an experienced WalkMe Architect to design and deliver enablement workshops and establish a WalkMe Center of Excellence. You will lead hands-on sessions, collaborate with client stakeholders, and craft engaging WalkMe experiences across multiple platforms.

The role requires 10+ years in IT with 5+ years in WalkMe, plus WalkMe certifications. This is a remote, full-time position with travel as required by clients.

Qualifications

• 5+Years experience working with WalkMe and 10+ years of experience with any Digital Adoption platform in a development or implementation role.
• WalkMe developer and Program Manager certified
• WalkMe DAP100 professional
• Hands on experience developing WalkMe walks on SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Salesforce, Servicenow, websites, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver WalkMe enablement workshops.
• Facilitate hands-on sessions using WalkMe playbooks and certification programs.
• Identify and support WalkMe Champions.
• Establish a WalkMe Center of Excellence (CoE) for governance.
• Be part of a team providing Learning Design & Development services to customers.
• Collaborate with Client stakeholders to identify instructional goals/objectives for WalkMe programs and design solutions.
• Design course format and packaging to provide seamless learner experience.
• Participate in setting the Project standards for learning experience.
• Design, build, and maintain WalkMe Walks, Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, and other DAP elements.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify user pain points and digital adoption opportunities.
• Configure WalkMe to support onboarding, automation, and self-service.
