Job summary

Greystar invites applications for a WalkMe Training Specialist to design and implement training curricula for WalkMe-enabled property management software. You will develop, deploy, and refine digital adoption programs while aligning with organizational goals.

You will monitor emerging trends in digital adoption and e-learning, build evaluation methods, and deliver customer service and reporting support to internal teams. This role supports remote and office-based work across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and communicate effectively to create presentations for managers and staff.
• Design and implement WalkMe digital adoption programs.
• Experience with WalkMe Editor and authoring tools (JavaScript/HTML/CSS).
• Apply e-learning principles to WalkMe deployments.
• Ability to lead discussions and manage project sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement WalkMe digital adoption solutions using WalkMe Apps.
• Monitor trends in digital adoption platforms (DAP) and e-learning to enhance design.
• Develop evaluations (surveys/tests) to measure training effectiveness.
• Update WalkMe solutions to reflect business changes and industry trends.
• Use project boards to track issues and enhancements.
• Oversee WalkMe administration within company platforms and liaise with support teams.
• Conduct discovery to assess compatibility with business needs.
• Provide WalkMe guidance to users and tailor solutions.
• Produce custom reports and ad hoc analyses on WalkMe performance.
