Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is establishing a Digital Adoption Platform capability within the Training & Development group. You’ll act as a singular internal digital adoption consultant and hands-on solution developer, supporting WalkMe implementation for the ERP with an external partner.

This remote, 12-month assignment focuses on governance and scalable WalkMe solutions across platforms. The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, defining end-to-end DAP lifecycle, and building WalkMe solutions with

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in digital adoption, learning technology, instructional design, performance consulting, business analysis, software implementation, change enablement, user experience design, or similar position.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, User Experience Design, Journalism, or similar field.
Experience conducting needs analysis and translating business, workflow, and user pain points into practical WalkMe solution designs.
Experience building, testing, deploying, and maintaining WalkMe solutions using the full suite of WalkMe apps.
Experience creating WalkMe project workflows, governance models, standards, and templates.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues within WalkMe builds.
Strong understanding of user-centered design, change management, performance support, adult learning, and learning-in-the-flow-of-work principles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, project management, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
Ability to work independently in an emerging capability area where processes, ownership, and standards are still being established.

Responsibilities

WalkMe Project Coordination for Workday Implementation with support from external implementation partner.
Coordinate with external WalkMe partner and internal SMEs to clarify requirements, review solutions, co-build, resolve issues, and align with business needs.
Manage project scope, schedules, risks, decisions, actions, dependencies, communications, status reporting.
Translate between business, process, technical, and learning perspectives for usable, maintainable WalkMe solutions.
