Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking a remote Digital Adoption Platform consultant to lead WalkMe Workday implementation efforts and to establish scalable governance for WalkMe solutions. The role includes coordinating with an external partner, defining end-to-end DAP lifecycle, and driving design, build, testing, and deployment while enabling knowledge transfer for long-term use.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in digital adoption, learning technology, instructional design, performance consulting, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, UX Design, Journalism, or similar field.
• Experience translating business, workflow, and user pain points into practical WalkMe solution designs.
• Experience building, testing, deploying, and maintaining WalkMe solutions using the full suite of WalkMe apps.
• Experience creating WalkMe project workflows, governance models, standards, and templates.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues within WalkMe builds.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, change management, performance support, and learning-in-the-flow-of-work principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, project management, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently in an emerging capability area where processes, ownership, and standards are still being established.

Responsibilities

• WalkMe project coordination for Workday implementation (with support from external implementation partner).
• Process governance and Center of Excellence development for scalable end-to-end DAP lifecycle.
• End-to-End solution analysis, design, development, and continuous improvement for Workday and other platforms.
• Lead intake and scoping, design solution proposals, and create communication artifacts.
• Build, configure, and troubleshoot WalkMe solutions with segmentation and personalization.
