Sargent & Lundy is establishing a Digital Adoption Platform capability within the Training & Development group. You will serve as the internal digital adoption consultant and hands-on solution developer, starting with WalkMe for the Workday ERP and expanding governance for multi-platform deployments.

This is a full-time temporary role centered on delivering scalable DAP practices. The position is remote with occasional travel to the Chicago area; duration is estimated at 12 months, 40 hours per

Responsibilities

• Lead WalkMe project coordination for the Workday implementation with external partner.
• Define scalable end-to-end DAP lifecycle, standards, and templates.
• Guide end-to-end solution analysis, design, and continuous improvement for multiple platforms.
