Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking a Manager, Walk to End Alzheimer’s to oversee the Walk fundraising program. You will build corporate and community partnerships, recruit and coach volunteers, and lead multiple events to drive revenue growth.

Based in the Inland Empire, Coachella Valley, or Temecula Valley, this full-time role requires travel up to 60% and strong leadership and communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary and incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets.
• Proven ability to develop corporate relationships and partnerships.
• Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media; ability to learn Luminate/Convio.

Responsibilities

• Lead Walk to End Alzheimer’s events and revenue goals.
• Recruit, coach and mobilize volunteers to implement fundraising strategies.
• Cultivate corporate and community partnerships to increase participation and giving.
• Manage event budgets, timelines and volunteer training.
• Build and empower sustainable volunteer committees across communities.
