Job summary

The Alzheimer's Association is seeking a Manager, Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Atlanta to lead fundraising efforts for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s®. You will drive community engagement, recruit volunteers, and build corporate partnerships to meet revenue goals.

You will coordinate multiple events, train volunteers, and utilize data to optimize outcomes. Expect travel up to 60% and a performance-based incentive based on portfolio results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or 3-5 years meeting sales targets.
• Proven ability to build corporate and community relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable corporate and community relationships to achieve revenue goals.
• Recruit, manage, and coach volunteers to implement fundraising practices.
• Manage multiple volunteer-led events with revenue growth year over year.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team environment and long-term relationships.
• Achieve revenue and participant goals through partnerships and outreach.
• Prospect, cultivate and steward event teams, sponsors, and participants.
