Job summary

Alzheimer's Association - Orange County Chapter is seeking a Manager, Walk to End Alzheimer’s in St. Louis, MO to lead the Walk program, recruit volunteers, and build community partnerships to achieve revenue goals.

You will coach volunteers, manage multiple peer-to-peer events, and drive engagement with corporate sponsors while ensuring a positive, inclusive team environment that fuels growth year over year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years proven experience recruiting and mobilizing volunteers to achieve goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory by car.
• Experience managing volunteers and events.

Responsibilities

• Implement Walk to End Alzheimer’s® initiatives and drive revenue goals.
• Identify and engage community and corporate leaders to build partnerships.
• Recruit, coach, and empower volunteers for multiple events annually.
• Build sustainable volunteer committees and grow event participation.
• Lead and align teams to achieve revenue and participation targets.
