Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association - Orange County Chapter seeks a Manager of Walk to End Alzheimer’s to lead the world’s largest Alzheimer’s fundraiser. You will foster corporate and community partnerships, recruit and coach volunteers, and drive revenue across multiple events while maintaining an inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years proven experience in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets.
• Ability to recruit, manage and coach volunteers to achieve fundraising goals.
