Job summary

Alzheimer’s Association is seeking a Manager, Walk to End Alzheimer’s, to lead peer-to-peer fundraising events across Inland Empire, Coachella Valley, and Temecula Valley. You will recruit and coach volunteers, cultivate corporate partnerships, and drive revenue while ensuring strong community engagement and brand exposure.

You will manage budgets, track milestones, and travel up to 60% within territory, with a competitive benefits package and potential incentive based on portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3–5 years of volunteer recruitment or meeting sales targets experience.
• Strong collaboration with volunteers, sponsors, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture corporate and community relationships to drive event revenue and participation.
• Recruit, coach and manage volunteers to implement fundraising best practices.
• Lead multiple volunteer-led events, ensuring growth year over year and adherence to timelines.
