Job summary

The Alzheimer's Association is seeking a Manager, Walk to End Alzheimer’s, based in Purchase, NY, to lead a major peer-to-peer fundraising program. You will cultivate corporate and community relationships, recruit and coach volunteers, and drive event growth while aligning with program budgets and timelines.

You will oversee multiple events annually, coach volunteer committees, and work with internal partners to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets.
• Confident, goal-oriented, self-starter able to work with partners.
• Proven ability to develop corporate relationships and partnerships.
• Ability to manage large numbers of volunteers with diplomacy.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within territory; valid license and insured vehicle.
