Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery and coordination across teams. You will ensure continuity of care, uphold clinical standards, and foster professional growth in staff within a dynamic health services environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, organizational planning, and adherence to applicable licensure and regulatory requirements, with potential for hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from a WAC 246-805-210 program; 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
