Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. Strong clinical judgment and leadership are essential; bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulators.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 1000 field work hours and one year ABA experience with oversight.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s program under WAC 246-805-210 with at least 135 classroom hours in ABA topics.
• Complete the supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor and mentor supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold licensure and certification standards in practice.
