Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery and ensure continuity of care for clients in a dynamic team environment.

You will lead scheduling, compliance, and staff development while collaborating with regional teams to maintain high professional standards and client satisfaction. The role emphasizes clinical judgment and ethical practice in line with licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure where required
• 1,000 field work hours and 1 year of ABA experience including oversight
• Graduate from WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, time off approvals, and staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor and mentor supervisees and support professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
