Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support the professional growth of teams.

You will apply strong clinical judgment and leadership to coordinate regional operations and maintain high standards. Responsibilities include managing program implementation, coordinating with regional teams, ensuring licensure compliance, mentoring supervisees, and upholding ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree with ABA field work hours and experience designing/overseeing interventions.
• Completion of WAC 246-805-210/220/230 requirements and supervised experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy/licensure compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and develop supervisees.
• Uphold ethics and clinical standards in line with licensure.
