Job summary

PBS Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee Applied Behavior Analysis service delivery and ensure continuity of care. You will support team growth and maintain clinical standards across regional teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating with regional units, sustaining high performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding staffing and documentation processes. The role offers flexible scheduling and potential hybrid work with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics per WAC 246-805-220.
• Supervised experience requirement per WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
