PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support staff growth in Washington state. Strong clinical judgment and leadership are essential; bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required for practice.
• Design/oversight of behavior modification services in ABA.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies/regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is completed accurately.
• Mentor and develop supervisees while upholding licensure standards.
