Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. You will lead program implementation, coordinate with regional teams, and uphold high clinical and ethical standards.

Qualifications include active state licensure, a bachelor’s degree with 1000 field hours and 1 year ABA experience, plus Washington- required credentialing. Flexible scheduling and hybrid work options may be available.

• Complete Washington state requirements per WAC 246-805-210/220/230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for clients.
