Geary Pacific Corporation, based in Anaheim, CA, is seeking a Ductless VRF / Mini-Split Sales Manager in Yorba Linda to drive residential and light commercial VRF and mini-split sales across CA, OR, WA, CO, AZ, ID and NV.

You will collaborate with region and territory managers and customer service reps to deliver top-line growth while maintaining strong service levels. A dynamic, customer-focused leader is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years HVAC sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Travel 50-70% of the time.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing VRF & Ductless sales programs and promotions.
• Work with Region/Territory Sales Managers to generate and close new business.
• Report to Dealer Program Product Manager to meet sales and profit goals.
