Job summary

Daikin seeks a Regional Rep Director to drive regional sales growth and expand market share for VRV products across the United States. You will determine training needs for Rep Sales Engineers and execute plans to prepare the team to represent all product categories.

Responsibilities include meeting regional sales budgets, developing key accounts, and conducting monthly reviews. A Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred, with 8+ years in VRF sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years VRF sales management experience.
• Experience managing a revenue budget of $5M to $10M.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed regional sales budgets within a predefined territory.
• Develop and maintain local relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Lead monthly sales meetings and business reviews for the Rep team.
• Serve as the VRF product and design guideline expert for the region.
• Coordinate with leadership to expand VRV opportunities and provide training.
• Manage resources and resolve customer concerns with cross-functional teams.
