Job summary

Lennox is seeking a VRF Sales Manager in the United States to drive growth of VRF solutions by building consultative relationships with engineers, reps, and contractors. You will act as a trusted advisor for design, specify and implement VRF systems while expanding Lennox's market presence.

The role demands technical expertise in VRF systems, strong communication, and the ability to educate customers on Lennox offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in engineering, technical sales, or commercial HVAC.
• VRF sales or application experience preferred.
• Ability to influence system specifications with consulting engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with consulting engineers, manufacturers' reps, and contractors to secure VRF specifications.
• Provide technical expertise to assist customers in selecting VRF systems.
• Educate engineers and contractors on VRF offerings through trainings and presentations.
• Collaborate with Territory and National Accounts to identify opportunities and deliver VRF solutions.
• Serve as subject matter expert on VRF applications, design and specialty products.
• Guide customers on building codes and ASHRAE standards.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive specification growth and project execution.
