Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation's VRF/Ductless Technical Service Manager in the South Central & Southeast US leads field support and training for Ductless and VRF products. You will troubleshoot, train contractors, coordinate warranty issues, and work with distributors and end users to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires 4+ years VRF or Ductless field experience (or 7+ years), travel up to 75%, and a quiet remote workspace when not traveling. Relocation not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years VRF or Ductless field experience, or 7+ years VRF/Ductless field experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the year.
• Quiet remote space with high-speed internet to work from when not traveling.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting assistance to Direct Sales and Distributor customers and Carrier offices via phone, email, and job site visits in assigned territory.
• Conduct multi-day hands-on technical installation and service training for contractors and other technical service managers.
• Develop training materials for technical meetings and distributor events.
• Provide onsite Jobsite assistance for installation, troubleshooting, and start-up.
• Track and report monthly expenses and support warranty-related issues.
