Sandbox VR in Florida is seeking a guest experience leader to greet guests with energy, guide them through the VR journey, and keep the store running smoothly with a high-energy vibe. You will master our proprietary tech, calibrate gear, and help create unforgettable moments for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Create unforgettable guest moments and greet guests with energy.
• Guide guests through the VR journey: arrival, gearing up, gameplay, wrap-up.
• Share offers (F&B, repeat visits, gift cards) to boost engagement.
• Master our proprietary tech and calibrate gear.
• Troubleshoot issues smoothly and provide real-time updates to guests.
• Communicate with management and tech support when issues arise.
• Keep the store running smoothly and maintain high-energy environment.
• Sanitize gear and display materials to brand standards.
• Prepare iPads, body trackers, and gear before/after sessions.
• Open/close the store, manage daily audits, and labor spend.
• Run shift check-ins, coach in real time, and train new hires.
• Ensure team performance and guest service standards.
