Job summary

Chase seeks a Vice President, YouTube Strategy Channel Lead within Consumer & Community Banking to own channel strategy end-to-end across long-form, Shorts, and live. You will partner with creative, brand, product, PR, legal, and marketing to deliver compelling, compliant content and scalable systems that win in YouTube search, suggested feeds, and Shorts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning and growing a YouTube channel with measurable results.
• 7+ years managing professional social channels and editorial programming; Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, search/discovery, analytics, and audience development.
• Strong fluency in video workflows; able to edit or provide actionable creative feedback.
• Excellent writing and editorial judgment.
• Proven ability to manage direct reports and influence senior stakeholders across high-visibility workstreams.
• Data-driven mindset with strong communication and presentation skills; experience with Sprinklr and major social platforms.
• Passion for personal finance and helping people make smarter money decisions.
• Establish a clear channel strategy, measurable KPI framework, and operating cadence.
• Launch/scale repeatable formats that improve retention and returning viewership; measurable improvements in CTR and watch time.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the YouTube channel strategy to drive reach, engagement, watch time, and subscribers.
• Own programming roadmap across long-form, Shorts, and live; build editorial operating model.
• Lead optimization for SEO/Discovery: titles, descriptions, thumbnails, tags, and end screens.
• Run experiments to improve CTR and retention; translate insights into programming decisions.
• Set and socialize KPIs; deliver regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with creative teams to ensure on-brand, compliant content.
• Represent YouTube strategy in cross-functional forums and pilots.
• Share learnings and playbooks to scale across teams.
• Build community engagement through comments and creator-style interactions.
• Coordinate with marketing/SEO/PR to align publishing with initiatives.
