JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a VP-level YouTube Strategy Channel Lead to own our flagship Chase channel end-to-end, shaping programming vision and driving growth across long-form, Shorts, and live content.

The role partners with creative, brand, product, PR, legal, and marketing to deliver compelling, compliant content that wins in search, suggested feeds, and Shorts. A high-visibility, impact-first position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning and growing a YouTube channel with measurable results.
• 7+ years managing professional social channels and editorial programming.
• Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, search and discovery.
• Strong fluency in video workflows and ability to edit or provide feedback.
• Excellent writing and editorial judgment.
• Experience with content management/scheduling tools and major social platforms.
• Passion for personal finance and helping people make smarter money decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive YouTube channel strategy that drives sustainable growth across reach, engagement, and subscribers.
• Own the programming roadmap across long-form, Shorts, and live, including franchises/series and editorial cadence.
• Lead SEO/discovery optimization: titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and end screens.
• Run structured experiments to improve CTR, watch time, retention, and returning viewers.
• Set, track, and socialize KPIs, delivering regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with creative teams to ensure on-brand, compliant content.
• Represent CCB Social as the primary YouTube strategy owner in cross-functional forums.
• Share platform learnings and playbooks to drive consistency and scale.
• Build community through comment strategy and creator-style engagement.
• Coordinate with product/editorial teams to stay ahead of platform changes.
• Manage content calendars and production workflows.
