Job summary

Chase is seeking a Content Design Vice President in Digital Channels to lead content strategy and architecture that shapes inclusive, usable product experiences across customer journeys.

You will drive content plans, guide narrative structure, and collaborate with design and product teams to deliver engaging, accessible experiences while reducing support needs through intuitive self-service content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content design, editing, writing, strategy, process, and architecture for digital products and platforms.
• Ability to design effective content architecture for enhanced UX and easy navigation.
• Storytelling skills to clarify complex concepts for diverse audiences in line with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content design strategies for multiple components of a product or a series of small products, ensuring alignment with business requirements and user experience goals.
• Facilitate end-to-end discovery workshops with designers to understand narrative and optimal content architecture for intuitive products.
• Use content models and taxonomies to design, structure and organize digital content to guide customers and simplify complex concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-product teams to develop a consistent voice and narrative across products and services.
• Champion inclusive language for a diverse audience and ensure positive interactions throughout the customer journey.
