Job summary

Gordian, part of Fortive, seeks a Vice President of Operations Procurement – West to lead regional operational performance across the Pacific and Central West regions. You will oversee Regional Directors, drive revenue growth, margin, and client outcomes, and partner closely with the COO and other executives.

You will champion growth, scale operations, and implement disciplined execution across initiatives that impact revenue and customer outcomes, while removing obstacles for teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in operational leadership, procurement, or construction.
• Proven success overseeing multi-region operations with revenue and margin accountability.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40–50% across the West region.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple West regions and Regional Directors for operational performance.
• Set execution standards, financial discipline, and service delivery across West regions.
• Drive cross-regional solutions to improve consistency, scalability, and quality.
• Partner with Finance/COO to balance investment, capacity, and profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, HR and Government Affairs on enterprise initiatives.
• Develop leaders and ensure succession readiness across regions.
