Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in player development or VIP operations.
- Minimum 5+ years leading VIP teams in online gaming or iGaming.
- Proven track record driving VIP revenue growth and retention.
- Deep understanding of high-value players and host operations.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead VIP and Player Development across the US and Canada.
- Develop and execute VIP growth and retention strategy.
- Drive VIP lifecycle strategies to maximize value and profitability.
- Coach and develop a team of Regional Directors and VIP Hosts.
- Establish KPIs to drive consistent execution and results.
- Maintain relationships with high-value customers as strategic ambassador.
- Identify growth opportunities using industry trends and data.
- Collaborate with Product, CRM, Analytics, Finance, Compliance, Operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
- Own overall performance of VIP organization and revenue goals.
