Saputo Cheese USA, Inc. seeks an accomplished Vice President of Research & Development to set the Ingredients Division's innovation strategy and translate market needs into scalable dairy ingredient solutions.

You will lead end-to-end development of whey- and milk-based ingredients, build a world-class technical organization, and partner with Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations to deliver value across markets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Food Science, or related field.
• Fifteen+ years of progressive R&D in dairy ingredients or related industry.
• Experience defining strategy and commercializing B2B dairy ingredients.
• Knowledge of dairy component chemistry and functionality.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets.

• Define and execute the R&D and technology roadmap for the Ingredients Division.
• Lead end-to-end development of whey- and milk-based ingredients from discovery to first production.
• Partner with commercial, sales, and operations to ensure commercially viable solutions.
• Establish stage-gate governance, project prioritization, and risk management.
• Build and retain a high-performing technical organization.
