Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a senior leader to own the US inputs to the bank’s resolution plans. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across regulatory deliverables and engage senior management to drive strategic policy analysis and advocacy.

The role requires deep familiarity with US, UK and EU requirements, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage time-pressured priorities while delivering high standards and clear objectives for plan development.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 years of experience working with US regulations in financial services.
• Deep expertise in US, UK and EU resolution planning requirements.
• Experience in policy advocacy with US regulatory agencies or direct work in a US regulatory agency.
• Experience managing significant projects at globally active financial institutions and delivering on deadlines.
• Team management experience with ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior management.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain expertise on rule requirements and supervisory expectations for US, UK and EU resolution planning.
• Lead strategic delivery of resolution plans for the bank holding company and subsidiary.
• Coordinate with lines of business and corporate functions to deliver CIB components of the plans.
• Represent the Firm’s advocacy position with policy makers and trade associations.
• Lead CIB Working Group meetings and present CIB elements to senior stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues, assess risks, and guide regulatory response across the plans.
• Coordinate CIB responses and provide guidance to stakeholders on regulatory requests.
